how: get a group together and have them chip in $5. Buy a large tarp from Walmart and LOTS of pudding! Also buy whipped cream and chocolate syrup. Start the party around 7. Rock Canyon Park is shaped like a bowl and has STEEP hills which is perfect for the slide! Make sure the slide is wet with either water or syrup so you can slide. After you're done there's a little stream in the park you can rinse off in!
